Surf Camp Peniche, Portugal
The Surf school is based around you, our experience and professionalism, our surf instructors qualified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and the best surf equipment available on the market. The school is open to people of all ages, skill levels and nationalities.
You will be taught by highly qualified and experienced surfers and surf teachers who are also lifeguards. That explains what you will be doing during the daytime. At night the surf camp comes alive. We have anywhere between 20 and 60 people staying at any time and every night there are beach parties, parties in the camp and everyone mixes in!
why stay with us for a week?
Each week you will have 5 days of teaching with 2 surf sessions a day. Everyday you will be on the search. Peniche has so many waves that it is possible to surf several surf spots on the same day, we just have to be at the right spot at the right time. At the same time you are surfing you are visiting different beaches, you'll never get bored. To make sure that you get to surf as many of the spots as possible and really get the full experience we try and get everyone to stay for a full week. This really helps people enjoy their surfing holiday in Portugal as it means that you bond with the rest of your group and also you help each other progress!

The concept, philosophy, and culture of any surf camp has to do with the proximity and socialization that the surf camp guests have with each other, so that the experiences and sensations related to surfing can be maximized. Our lodgings try to promote this contact, in a comfortable and relaxed environment!
Communal eating areas, large terraces and gardens and games rooms etc all make life easier for people staying and allow interaction! They also provide great areas for the parties!!

Everyday you will be on the search.
Peniche has so many waves that it is possible to surf several surf spots on the same day. We just have to be at the right spot at the right time. At the same time you are surfing you are visiting different beaches. You'll never get bored. In the evenings we have informal seminars, watch and comment on the video filmed during the day time classes. Normally each session will involve questions and answers and your surf instructors should be on hand to help you understand what you need to be working on!
